Only you can control your emotions and your attitude towards another. Well treat them the way they want to be treated.. which is based on how they treat you!

We are supposedly civilized and, therefore, should treat others as we would want to be treated by them. I like your perspective.
I had not thought about another’s attitude affecting me since I always say “Your attitude is key to how successful you will be. Choose a good attitude today.” If another’s attitude is terrible and they treat me and everyone around them unkindly and without thought to how they are treating others, IT could affect affect my attitude IF I choose to let their attitude affect me. I choose not to. Sometimes, it is tough not to react to a bad attitude with a corresponding bad attitude. Still, I choose not to.
